Ulises oversees the operational side of the business, managing tire sorting, processing, cutting, and preparation for responsible recycling. His hands-on leadership and attention to detail help ensure that every load is handled properly while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental responsibility throughout the recycling process.
Working closely with the entire team, Ulises also supports collection logistics and operational coordination, helping keep routes organized and projects running efficiently from pickup through processing.
As a fluent English and Spanish speaker, Ulises serves as an important bridge between our team and our diverse customer base. His ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and partners allows M & W Recycling to provide exceptional service to businesses throughout the communities we serve.
